Goal: To provide fresh produce to the local community of Camden

Why?

​

• Camden has 80,000 residents (not including undocumented immigrant population)

• Only ONE supermarket: Cousin’s Supermarket

• Most people rely on one of 25 corner stores as primary source of groceries

• Nearly no fresh produce

• No fresh produce => poor diet => illness

• PREVENTABLE!

• No place in NJ has less supermarket food options/person than Camden
